For most of history women have supported each other during childbirth. The re-establishment of this time-honored tradition will bring fundamental change to the experiences of birthing women and their partners.  Continuous support by a woman experienced in childbirth is the first step towards the creation of a cherished and memorable birth experience.

I provide birth doula services and childbirth education to women and their partners throughout Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley.

It is important to keep in mind that our bodies must work pretty well,
or there wouldn't be so many humans on the planet.
