My Birth Doula services include:
- Initial free consultation. Our first meeting is an opportunity for you to get to know me a bit and determine if we are a good fit to work together. I will also let you know more about what I offer in terms of my services.
- Two prenatal visits to become acquainted, discuss your pregnancy, birth plan and any other questions or concerns you or your partner may have.
- 24-hour on call service from two weeks before your due date until 48 hours after delivery.
- Early labor support in your home (if desired).
- Ongoing support for you and your partner throughout labor and delivery.
- Postpartum support and breastfeeding assistance (usually one to two hours) immediately after birth.
- One postpartum visit in your home to discuss your birth and assist you with any feeding or parenting issues.
- Referrals for additional pregnancy and postpartum support such as breastfeeding assistance and newborn care.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your due date on my calendar. This deposit is due at your first prenatal visit. The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to your due date. Please contact me for pricing and further details.
